STUDY PATIENTS WANTED FOR:

1. Medtronic pump or medtronic spinal cord stimulator registry study. Implant less than 3 years ago.
2. Volunteers with Chronic Pain unrelieved by present pain medications We have medications that are being researched. We have medications that are already approved for pain relief that are being studied further for quality of life, safety and pain control.
3. Volunteers with Fibromyalgia Pain unrelieved by present pain medications.
4. You have opioid-induced bowel dysfunction (OBD),or opioid-induced constipation, caused by your treatment with opioid(pain) medication(s).
5. Researchers want to find out if an investigational drug called Gabapentin Extended Release (G-ER) can help people with PHN. Postherpetic Neuralgia (PHN) is a condition that may occur after an episode of herpes zoster, also known as shingles. PHN affects your nerve pathways, causing pain.
